THE STANDARD UPGRADE IN TWO STEPS

With an upgrade to a newer version of Dynamics, the organization can be more flexible to changing and new markets. The system is designed to be easily upgraded. The standard upgrade takes place in two steps, where the first step is the basis for the second:

You also improve knowledge of business areas with Power BI and reports in SQL Server Reporting Services.

Sigma is responsible for analysis and ensures that the most important issues are discussed. For example, if the installation is rolled out to a number of countries and continents. The answers to the questions then go to 1ClickFactory for calculating the time and cost of an upgrade.

2. A TECHNICAL UPGRADE WITH HISTORICAL DATA

1ClickFactory creates a plan for the technical upgrade.

3. INSTALLATION, MAPPING, EDUCATION & OPERATION

When Sigma performs the implementation of Dynamics, a plan is also created for mapping, training and operations. As the difference between previous versions of Dynamics AX and current Dynamics differs significantly, a mapping phase is included in our methodology, Enigma®. (Enigma was created by Sigma so that you can get maximum capacity out of your business system. It is a method that deals with the entire implementation process from concept to completed delivery, support and optimization of code and functions.)
